Refund & Delivery Policy

Delivery

• Lagos: 2, 5 working days after payment confirmation.
• Other Nigerian states: 3, 10 working days depending on location and carrier.
• Ready-made items: may be available for same-day or next-day pickup, subject to stock.
• Custom & bespoke orders: lead time is quoted per project after brief approval, typically 7, 21 working days.

After payment, our team contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm your delivery address and arrange the courier. Delivery charges are quoted separately based on your location and order weight.

Refunds & exchanges

• Ready-made items can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Custom, bespoke and personalised orders (including branded corporate boxes, wedding favours, and any box with foil, print or engraving) are non-refundable once production has begun.
• Damaged or incorrect items: tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will repair, replace or refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Ready-made orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Custom orders can only be cancelled before production has started; once artwork is approved and production has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
