Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Billion Boxes & Gifts website and any orders you place with us. By using the site, you agree to them.

Orders

All prices are in Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated. An order is confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, stock issues or pricing errors, and refund any amount paid in that case.

Custom & bespoke work

Custom orders require a written brief and approval of a sample or digital proof before production. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. Lead times are quoted in working days and start from the day the deposit clears and artwork is approved.

Delivery

Delivery within Lagos is typically completed within 2, 5 working days. Nationwide delivery within Nigeria typically takes 3, 10 working days depending on location. Delivery costs are quoted separately from product cost and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Payment

Payments are processed by Paystack. By paying, you authorise the charge and agree to Paystack's terms as well as ours.

Intellectual property

All designs, photography, structural templates and brand marks on this site are the property of Billion Boxes & Gifts. You may not copy or reproduce them without written permission. Artwork you supply for custom work remains yours; you warrant that you have the right to use it.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
